Refreshing Fruit Salad
You could use any combination of fruit you prefer

2 cups diced watermelons
10 strawberries diced
2 plums diced
1 nectarine diced
1 pear diced
1 cup pineapple diced
1 cup blueberries
6 basil leaves
6 mint leaves
½ cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoon limejuice
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon red chili powder
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

In a bowl, mix all of the diced fruits. Next add the rest of the ingredients and gently mix until combined.

Coconut Almond Dates

10 Mejool Dates, cut in half and pit
2 tablespoon salted butter, divided into 20 small pieces
20 Almonds, whole with skin
Nestle La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk in squeeze bottle
Or Honey
2-3 tablespoon shredded coconut

Place the halved dates on a serving platter. Place a small piece of butter in each date, then the almond. Drizzle with the condensed milk
